Carbon offset donation

Would you like to make a contribution to offset the carbon emissions created as part of the administration, creation and delivery of your order? This is a voluntary purchase you can make to do just that!

I will collect these payments and donate them each quarter to Carbon Neutral; a non-profit carbon offset organisation based in Australia.

Every business has a carbon footprint and that of a micro business operated by an indie designer is no different.

Along with the carbon emitted from shipping your order, to make the jewellery you purchase energy is used by way of lighting, gas, production and delivery of materials and so on. Operating my business in general requires a web presence, an internet connection, printing, paper, electricity, etc..

While I try to be as environmentally responsible as I can there is still an impact from my business.

By having a carbon offset contribution as a voluntary purchase I’m being transparent by allowing customers to make their own decision about whether to contribute towards offsetting this impact.
